We are excited to announce the launch of our new Senior Program beginning Friday, June 5, 2026, in partnership with the North Texas Food Bank. This new initiative is designed to provide nutritious food support to seniors in our community while helping reduce the difficult choices many older adults face between groceries, medication, housing, and utilities.
The program will serve eligible seniors ages 60 and older through monthly food distributions that include nutritious pantry staples and essential grocery items. Registration and food distribution will take place from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the first Friday of each month, beginning June 5th.
As the need for food assistance continues to grow across North Texas, this program reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that every neighbor has access to healthy food and compassionate support. Beyond providing groceries, the Senior Program also creates opportunities for connection, care, and community among older adults who may be experiencing isolation or financial hardship.
We are deeply grateful to our volunteers, community partners, and supporters whose generosity has helped make this program possible. Their support allows us to continue expanding services and reaching more neighbors in need.
If you know a senior who may benefit from the program, or if you would like to support this effort through volunteering or donations, we encourage you to learn more through the North Texas Food Bank Senior Programs page.
Together, we are nourishing neighbors and strengthening our community for every generation.
