Celebrating Four Years of Compassionate Leadership at Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors
After four years of faithful service to Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors (N3), our Operations Manager, Jill Stillman, is retiring and beginning an exciting new chapter with her family.
Since joining N3, Jill has been a steady and compassionate leader whose dedication has touched countless lives. From coordinating daily pantry operations to welcoming neighbors with dignity and respect, she has played an essential role in our mission to fight food insecurity across North Texas.
During her time with N3, Jill helped guide the organization through seasons of tremendous growth and unprecedented challenges. Whether managing volunteers, supporting pantry operations, or helping families navigate difficult circumstances, she consistently led with kindness, professionalism, and a servant's heart. Her calm presence, organizational expertise, and unwavering commitment ensured that thousands of families received the food and support they needed.
Jill's impact extends far beyond the warehouse walls. She built meaningful relationships with volunteers, community partners, and the neighbors we serve, reminding us every day that food distribution is about more than groceries—it's about hope, compassion, and human connection.
As Jill begins her well-earned retirement, she and her husband will be relocating out of Texas, where they look forward to spending more time with both of their sons. While we will certainly miss seeing Jill each day, we couldn't be happier for this exciting new season of life.
